Digital Arts Expo 2008 was the first ever Expo of it's kind in Malta. An event so different from anything held locally before, it was innovative in it's concept and execution. With local and international companies represented, it was a networking occasion, that brought information, contacts, and technology to all visitors and exhibitors alike. It also allowed the free exchange of creativity that can only unleash more creative ideas and concepts, necessary to the success of the Digital Media industry.

 The highlights of the Expo were certainly the numerous Seminars and Mac Lab Workshops, conducted by some of the world's leading specialists in their field. From University Lecturers, Printing Specialists to Software Designers, covering a diverse range of subjects, such as Lighting Technology, EU Funding, Business Seminars, Adobe Creative Suite, Further Education and many more. All these were offered free of charge, in the spirit of sharing information.
One of the greatest successes of the DA Expo 08, was certainly the introduction of the Wacom line of products. Proving highly popular with artists, graphic designers, audio engineers, architects and photographers, these products were available for visitors to experience for themselves.
